    1. 30 Days FREE RETURN/REPLACEMENT: Any item bought from thrunite.com/ThruNite Amazon Stores can be returned to get refund within 30 days of receipt in new condition(means the intact condition for sencondary offering) with all included accessories, manuals, warranty card(if any), and combo items if you don't like it.
    Note 1: If anything is missing, a fee of 15% of the order or higher (at our discretion) may be charged. The freight caused in return will be paid by the customer.
    Note 2: Any item bought from thrunite.com/ThruNite Amazon Stores can be returned to get refund or replaced within 30 days of receipt if it is defective. The freight caused in replacement or return in this case will be born on thrunite.com.
    Note 3: The customer should contact with ThruNite immediately if they misordered/changed their minds/want to change any other information when they purchase from thrunite.com/ThruNite Amazon Stores. We will check if the order can be revised or cancelled. If it is shipped out, the customers have to bear the freights caused. Please note we do NOT accept any shipping address change. If you moved, please contact the courier to direct the delivery for you.
    2. 24 Months FREE REPLACEMENT: Any product(not battery) which is found to be defective under normal use and service within 24 months and more than 30 days counting from the date of puschasing with proof of purchase(eg: order ID) can be replaced with new ones freely.
    Note 1: Only non-battery products sold by ThruNite can be replaced if the service goes into this category.
    Note 2: The freight casued in sending the item back to ThruNite for replacement will be paid by the cusomer and ThruNite will take care of the cost for replacement(new products, labor force) and the freight to send a new item to the customer. Should a replacement occur between 30 days and 24 months after purchase, ThruNite offer $5 bonus to cover the freight for your use in your next order on thrunite.com or ThruNite Amazon Stores(this term is only effective from Oct 1, 2015). Currently, customers from US, Canada, Japan, Germany, UK, France, Italy can enjoy the replacement from local warehouses.
    Note 3: This service is only valid for the products purchased. Replacements are not covered.
    3. Lifetime Limited Warranty: For items purchased after 24 months, we will still provide warranty service, but the cost of the parts and freight(both ways) will be paid by the customers.
    Note 1: Items purchased from other sellers(means authorized ThruNite dealers) must be returned directly to those sellers for returns, refunds and exchanges. The whole warranty is subject to this term.
    Note 2: RMAs usually take 2-5 business days to process after the date of receipt. Please make sure your RMA return packages are clearly and properly marked with your name and RMA number.

    Question: can the customer request for repairs instead of a replacement before the 24-month period is over?

      If it is within 24 months from purchase, we only offer repair service for packages return to China.

        I don't know who's going to get this post but I just purchased a thru night neutron 2A V2 flashlight. I tried contacting customer service to no avail so I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight to the extension when I put it on the flashlight it works then blinks and turns off. Am I using the correct batteries which are AA or does anyone have any other suggestions or is there a problem with the flashlight can someone please advise I was also wondering if lithium batteries would work but this particular flashlight also

          hello Donny,
          i bought a neutron 2A V2 directly from thrunite.com last month and i had the same problems you are having now. i tried different batteries {nimh,primaries and li-ons} and also tried it with a single and double batteries. all mine does with 2 batteries is blinking and shuts down.
          i had no problems contacting customer service. they gave me instructions to reset the switch but in the end, they sent me a replacement.
          NOW, i own the the BRIGHTEST single AA FLASHLIGHT IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!
          YES donny 14500 is awesome with this light. its been over a month and after buying 6 other AA/14500 flashlights, THIS is still the KING.

          P.S. if anybody can let me know of another flashlight that is brighter, please do tell...

                Sorry, we don't have service center in Australia.
                For flashlights we sent to Australia, if it is defective and you are not able to fix it. Please write to service@thrunite.com and we will give you our Chinese address for warranty service.

                  No worries.....i have yet to send a flashlight for repair. i did however waited for a replacement which took awhile. its difficult to wait when over excited....thanks
